Has anyone returned nutrisystem? 2 weeks into it do i send back the unopened food?

My mother bought a nutrisystem meal plan she has tried to get through it for 2 weeks , she said it's awful, hard to open for an older person and generally is really dissappointed in it. The original box is long gone but has the packing slip, do we repack in another box do they want it back??
