I'm thinking of trying this for six weeks before my next cholesterol test to prove to myself once and for all if I can get this down by diet or should continue on meds. I can do anything for six weeks, except give up caffeine. Coffee is my favorite food on the planet. At least one cup in the morning has to have caffeine, then I could switch to decaf. Does someone who has followed this have an explanation about the caffeine?
