NO more confusion for me. My Dec 8th shipment was cancelled. I never received an email or a $10 credit. Oh well, it's a shame because I never ordered HL chocolates, and I really was impressed. I'll definitely buy them next year. I realize it's not their fault they couldn't get these out to us.

Mgirl - You might want to check your account. The $10 might be sitting there.

Realistically, they didn't owe us anything and the problem that occurred was certainly not the fault of QVC. But I would imagine if they gave $10 to a lot of us, it seems like they would have given it to everybody who had an order. Otherwise, how ever above and beyond the gesture was, it would be pretty unfair.

I hope more people check out the Waggoner brand - same family but WAY better product.

Your right. Just two days ago when I checked on the Fannie website Harry London was still down due to the fire while Fannie May was back up and running. Not a big selection but still H. London. Thanks!
