There is no way that the Harry London candy, pretzel and graham crackers can be Kosher for Passover. They should not be allowed to say that. You cannot have anything that contain any barley, oats, rye, spelt, or wheat. They are forbidden to be consumed during the Passover or Pesach festival. This is because if any of these 5 grains come into contact with water, the resulting dough will become chametz ("leaven" in Hebrew) which of course is forbidden to be touched or consumed during the Passover.
