@Razzy 7 - I quit kcups when I started hearing/reading more about aluminum and microplastics.  I keep an assortment of flavored beans and grind as needed.  When I brew a pot of coffee I have an insulated pot prepped for it. I pour the freshly brewed coffee into it and it stays good all day, even until the next morning but cooled down some after that long.
