I just read that HSN, Martha Stewart and Emril Lagasse are being sued by a specialty knife company in Germany for selling "imitation" german knives. These knives had the german name on one side but "China" on the other! HSN hemmed and hawed a round saying they didn't mean to defraud anyone. Stewart and Lagasse are keeping mum.
