Thinking about it now, I wish the presentation would have told me specifically what each function does, the differences between them all, in heat levels, cooking time, steam, etc. Then I might have purchased... The item description also says nothing.

@Fluke67 your mom sounds amazing, still able to care for herself. She is part of the Greatest Generation. I have mad respect for them.

@LizzieInSRQ thanks - she is pretty amazing! She’s mentally sharp too. I hope I’m half as sharp and healthy in my 90s.

I watched the presentation at midnight. Curtis did cook a shrimp dish and he also cooked a chicken dish. He talked about how long to cook the chicken.

He cooked quite a variety of dishes. He had a helper clearing out cookers after Curtis showed their presentation of he items that he cooked and the helper brought more dishes in. They had cooked a bunch of dishes before hand, so they were ready at midnight. And Curtis also prepared a few dishes that didn't require the chicken to be fully cooked for instance.

I was impressed how well Curtis and crew were prepared. And there was quite a variety of dishes.
