I need help from you experienced bakers out there - what am I doing wrong? Since I have my new oven, I have gotten on a cupcake making spree. The cupcakes bake up beautifully, but by the next day they are all starting to break away from the paper holder. By the 2nd day, the cupcakes are standing there naked in the middle of an open wrapper...such shameless little cupcakes! :-D After this happened the first time I thought maybe I left them in the cupcake pan too long after taking them out of the oven, so last night I removed them from the pan as soon as I took them from the oven. I didn't make any difference. Could it be the papers I'm using - just got them for the 4th of July? Any suggestions are appreciated!
Stay cool, everyone!
