HA Techniques - My mind is made up to purchase!

I rec'd my 1st piece (off clearance which was a 9.5 grill pan) -- I can't tell you how nice it is. The weight is perfect as I have RA and Arthritis terribly in my hands - grill pan I've been using is a 'cast iron'!

I am definitely going to order the set they offer on Q once it goes on 5 ez pays. (And I just purchased the a couple open stock pieces of Caphalon so I guess I'll give them to my DIL for extras).

Now interested how it does in the dishwasher - although it could easily have been wiped clean.
