I bought a slow cooker just weeks ago used once . cooked a pot roast  on slow for several hours and when time to remove from cooker it was so dried out and just horrible had to throw it out. Ive cooked many a roast in my lifetime and this was the first one I had to throw out. Sent email to GREENPAN and told them about the problem wanted to sell me cook book for $ 29.00 dollors......read afew more emails and quite afew had the same. problem I had at least it wasn`t just me.guess no more greenpan for me. pattiewaddle

UPDATE.  My DIL loves this slow cooker.  I gave it to her a little before Christmas and she has already done several meals in it.  Says it's the best slow cooker she's ever used and it smells fresh every time it's cleaned.  I think I'm going to get the regular one that's $69 on Amazon.  I don't like lifting that heave crock anymore.
