Wouldn't waste my money on these. I bought one trial frying pan from HSN and it's horrible. It sticks and the coating came off. So happy I didn't go for an entire set.

If you want good ceramic cookware try Scanpan. Made in Denmark and excellent quality. A little pricey but worth every penny.

Didn't Todd go to the Kathy Levine channel?

My kitchen is nearly all Green Pan - it is the same brand that Todd English sold on HSN - and I love it. I have had it for years and it has never scratched, works and looks as good as new and is easy to clean up. I don't cook much on high, mostly on medium so that may be a factor. I put everything in the dishwasher (with a rinse first) and it comes out great. My sister also has a kitchen full of it and she loves it, too. I do have some of Lorena Garcia's ceramic bakeware and I love that, too. I am no gourmet cook and usually only cook for two, so maybe it takes more wear and tear cooking for a family, but my experience is all positive.

My Dad got me a Green pan one Christmas, 3 years ago or so. I read the directions, did the seasoning thing, where you put oil in it and heat it up or some such, tried to cook an egg. I cook eggs on a rather low temp. It stuck completely. Brand new, and an egg wouldn't slide on it at all. I thought, ok, I did something wrong, reread the directions, and tried again. Nope. It went in the trash. I wouldn't even give it to Goodwill.

This was on the customer questions page regarding the Green Pan TSV. The question was, 'Where are these pans imported from?' The answer was from customer service. So, it's a mystery where they come from!

A:
QVC is not the manufacturer of many of the products we sell, and we often don't have first-hand knowledge of where they are made. Also, many of our vendors have manufacturing locations in several countries.

I agree. I think in this case you ""get what you pay for"" and 11 pieces for $139 screams junk to me.

There's lots of Cooks Essentials cookware offered still! CE is a really good brand, I've been happy with my purchases. QVC stands behind the pieces as well- I've had to exchange a couple pieces in the past and it was handled great!
