I bought a 12 piece Green Pan ceramic cookware set. They are so nice. Nothing sticks and everything cooks evenly. I was debating whether to get them, so glad I did. Got rid of all my other pots and pans that were starting to stick.

Definitely have to agree that nothing sticks to the pan. Purchased the crock pot version from Q, cooks beautifully and is not supposed to have forever chemicals.  It is not perfection... it does seem to hold odors so extra cleaning is required. It wears away on the edges.

I have a 5 various sizes of Green Pan skillets, discovered these on amazon. I have the white ceramic on the inside, black outers. I really enjoy using these for cooking. buy at amazon for a lot less. Many different pans and pots there too.

I bought 2 green pans here about 2 years ago.  Starting to stick.  They weren't a bad price, but hate always thinking about replacements.  I still have some copper chef bakers, but no skillets.  They still clean up great.

I was thinking of possibly trying some technique brand pans.  (From here).  Any pros or cons?

Thanks for all the good reviews!  I've been trying to find a 10 inch covered skillet that won't break the bank as I ruined our Tfal one.
