Great customer service at Lock & Lock! :-)

I just wanted to report that I had great customer service from a girl named Stephanie at L&L. I had called regarding 2 containers that were part of a TSV set. This was a set where the tabs are on the container and snap up to the lid, not like the usual. If you look on the Q, they no longer carry this type--discontinued--and I know why! I didn't even have to give Stephanie the item numbers I had written down from the bottom of the containers! She knew exactly which ones they were. Why? Because, in her own words, everyone had had trouble with them!

Anyway, she is sending out replacements (to arrive in 2 weeks). All they had available was the aqua color, which is fine, even if it doesn't match. I don't have to send anything back, provide proof of purchase....nothing! This is because they have dealt with this over and over. I was glad because it no longer showed up on my order history, so it would be hard to find the paperwork. CS at Q said I would need that, but I thought, why not give it a try?!

If you have any trouble, do not hesitate to call them. Just go to the L&L site and in the customer service area there are 2 numbers. You have to call the one that says for Home Shopping (the other is for orders from the L&L site).
