Sorry to those of you who do not like him or his cookware. I held off ordering his products as I love stainless steel. I was at the QVC outlet and they had many selections of all brands of cookware they carry, and Gordons set got me. They are a great weight, love the handles and clean up. I have used them only twice and love them. I know it will take more use to see how they will hold up. I also got his light weight cast iron pan in red and love it as well. His white porcelin set looks nice next to the red pots. Have not used them yet. I read on a review someone said the pans were small. One child off to college another one next year so they will be great for us (if they hold up) Kicking myself for not picking up the low pressure cooker but no instructions were with it. If anyone lives near an outlet my haul was under $80.00
