Re: Going to make potato salad tomorrow.

Now this is really good. But it is an acquired taste. Finely cut up jalepenos (from the jar) instead of pickles or relish. It's got a bite, in a good way. You might want to make a half bowl of each.

LOL, though I wouldn't pass it up, I usually make potato salad in the summer.

Sounds good, ivey!! I'll have to try that idea!

I make mine with mayo, mustard, a dash of white vinegar, finely diced celery and onion, and lots of smoked paprika from Spain.

Central Pennsylvania here. I make potato salad year around, too. We also have picnics year around, only during the winter they're inside picnics. We love picnic foods and I refuse to only enjoy them during the summer months. As long as the snow isn't real deep out by the grill we'll be out there.

I love to call my family and say, "Let's have a picnic!" Everybody comes and they bring a favorite picnic-type dish. And it always includes potato salad.

I make my potato salad the day before to give everything a chance to mingle and make it more flavorful. I love potato salad.

I LIKE your style!!!
