I snack on unsalted peanuts in the shell when I'm trying to lose weight.They take longer to eat so it slows me down and keeps me from eating handfuls at a time.

I would love to eat nuts everyday - maybe just a handful but they don't agree with my system...  I am ordered Germack in the past and gave them away at Christmas - eeveryone loved them... Me too....
