Genius slier dicer

I have a Genius slicer dicer and can't figure out how to get the grater out of the plastic it's in. Can anyone help?

Whatever you do BE CAREFUL! I cut my finger on the grater that came with the salad bowl when I was trying to remove the plastic cover while taking it out of the box. That was the only piece that didn't have the big warning messages on it. I will not let my hands go anywhere near the blades. I use a long handled spoon or case knife when necessary.

Went thru this yesterday. Flip the handles inside the plastic lid. That will release the lid from the bowl. Then cut the plastic away. Yep, I cut my finger on the graters when I went to "play" with them. Don't pull them out with your fingers, use a knife or something to pop them back out when you test them.
