Genius Ionizer - Question

I purchased the Genius ionizer this morning as soon as I saw and heard what it does. I wasn't able to stick around for the full presentation because I had to leave for work.

My question is: I noticed digital numbers on the front of the unit. What do they mean? Is it a significant indicator of something?
