Kinda piggy backing from House Cat's Poll about the things we shouldn't eat.

What do you know is good for you but you just can't eat it?

For me it's kale, love most other greens but can't stand the taste of kale.

Hmmm... Not sure.I can't think of anything healthy I just do not like at all. I'm willing to try just about anything healthy. My motivation to buy things frequently is often based on the cost.

I even bought & ate Brussels sprouts a few months ago & I could not eat them at all w/o gagging when I was a kid. lol...

I'm not a fan of cauliflower. One summer DH worked on a cauliflower farm. We had a lot of it that summer. I could live without Brussels sprouts too.

I guess milk is supposed to be good for you, although I'm not seeing it, but it grosses me out. You'd have to tie me down and force-feed it to me.

Oh, and yogurt too. It's supposedly good for you but it's nasty. No way. Some would say that eggs are good for you, but same thing - I'd eat dirt first.

Otherwise I'm pretty ok on 'good for me' stuff. Smiley Happy I like all veg and most fruits/berries/melons.

Peas, beets, creamed corn, brussel sprouts

Hey! That's pretty good...only 4! Considering when I was a kid (um...and an adult) KETCHUP was my only 'vegetable'! I have come to love everything else including what others have listed above. I wish my dad were here to see me eating them! LOL

My parents were BIG into making me sit at the table till I ate what I was given. Luckily, they didn't like brussel sprouts either.

Peas? Easy. Swallow them whole like a pill. Need several glasses of milk.

Beets? Above did not work so well...as the dang thing gets stuck in your throat.

Creamed Corn? Just take the punishment voluntarily....no way it goes down! LOL

Yogurt, sweet potatoes, cottage cheese and apricots are the first that come to mind.
