Freezing Fudge

Has anyone here ever tried to freeze fudge? I like to give fudge to friends and family for Christmas and would love to make a lot of it this week and freeze it. Has anyone had any success at freezing homemade fudge? Does it taste any different or lose it's creamy texture after thawing? It would be great to hear your experiences and thoughts about this. Thanks in advance!
