Glad to report my title Queen of all things bread is not going any place

thanks to my new Webstaurant fiberglass mesh sheet I can now make breadsticks that are great.  It's all in getting the right pan (and spending a fortune) LOL   Forget those other pictures of that goop I stayed with it till I persevered   !

Big sheet makes 20 at a time. Built for a commercial oven. I had to cut in half to fit in my regular size oven. Sheets are non stick and wash up with water.  just have to make 10 at a time.

they are ! I hit it out of the ballpark. Thank you ! garnished with parm cheese and garlic salt, melted butter.
