Cost me a fortune. Had to order from a commercial bakery supplier. Only place your gonna find a REAL breadstick pan About 6 inches long, DEEP, slotted, one inch across and bakes 20 at once.
Suppose to get Wed or by Fri. No mail Monday.
Now, those sticks better be perfect LOL
rounded corners, too

Bet they will be delicious and the perfect shape! I absolutely LOVE homemade bread. I do not make it too often though as I really over eat it.☺️☺️☺️

Have you checked e-bay for cast iron breadstick pans? I think some of those old ones would give you EXACTLY what you are looking for!

yeah, most are old and rusty and cornbread stick pan which I already got
They want as much for a used pan and shipping is even a little more then what I paid.
Got mine at Webstaurant

@SharkE - I hope your new pan works for you! It seems like it might be a bit limiting in terms of the size of your breadsticks, but perhaps that's just what you want. If you run into problems, I think a baguette pan might be a good alternative—it will definitely let you keep the rounded shape that you're seeking (and there are varying sizes of baguette pans so you could even select a narrower or shorter version). Happy baking!

yeah, could be tad longer, but, you have to go with longer and fewer slots or more slots and tad shorter. Trade off. Believe me I've researched it till I'm blue in face.
2 1'2 inches deep, rounded corners.
One I got now is not deep and squared off at ends why I'm not getting results I wanted. Maybe some people can just roll out the dough and get magic results, but, I can't. Mine spread , go square, and ends are square too. If you don't mind that can save yourself 86 bucks I want thicker sticks with rounder ends like at the real Italian places. Hope the stimulus checks pass. LOL

Maybe make the dough a little less wet? Might hold its shape better.
