Foodsaver

I have had enough with freezer burn, freezer crystals and want to purchase the foodsaver. What do you like about yours and what size bags do you use the most? Do you have the canisters and can you put lettuce, strawberries or chips in the canisters? Any other comments about the foodsaver would be appreciated.
