They have BOGO free bags & rolls until 3-26 plus 20% off 1 item. I stocked up on rolls. I should not have to buy anymore until next year. Don't forget to use Mr. Rebates.

I bought my first Food Saver from QVC about 15 years ago til it finally died three or four years ago so I bought a replacement- the stand up model from the Q and it works just great. A couple of weeks ago I got a hand held one from Walmart for really quick things and I love it.

Thanks for the heads up on the bags!

I would.   I'm sure it's the only thing I can't live without.   I store most of my stuff in jars.

That's a good price, too bad I just bought some at costco.

Love my foodsaver, but not happy with the thinning of the bags/rolls over time.

The newer ones are not nearly as heavy as the ones I got a decade ago or more. They don't hold up for reuse as well as back in the day, and are easier to puncture in the freezer as well.

The FS brand bags have gotten a bit thinner.   Lately, I've been getting Weston brand bags, from Amazon, and they are great quality.  Also, I think the Weston seller has some in-house brand they also sell that is very good, commercial quality, heavy-duty material.

I started that when FS stopped making the 6" rolls.   I also use the 8" and 11", but I use the 6" for quite a few things.   I have some pre-cuts in that width but I have great need for rolls.    So I think I now have a lifetime supply of the Weston 6" rolls.  Smiley Happy

I am going to check out the 6" bags. I like smaller ones for when I freeze fresh green peppers or onions from the garden.
