Food for game day!

I can't wait to make my famous "Cold Weather Chile" which is really appropriate for "Game Day"! My husband and I love to make it with "Oliverio Italian Style Peppers" available in grocery stores in our area of West Virginia. Along with my ususal recipe, these peppers really add a distinct taste that has become popular in our region.

Have a great day! We'll be watching til 3 (as well as Wed. nite, and Friday! We love your enthusiam and sincere love of cooking.
