Food Network Tri-Ply Cookware -- Is it any good?

I saw what appears to be a nice set of Food Network brand cookware at Kohl's, and I'm wondering if anyone here has tried it. It's a 10-pc tri-ply stainless set, and it's on sale for $319.99... but it will be considerably less after I use my 30% off coupon and get Kohl's cash. I'm not familiar with the brand, and although it seems to be well-made, I know that looks can be deceiving, so I am hoping someone will be able to recommend it (or tell me to save my money and buy something else!)
