I know some of your out there already have this cookbook, but for those that don't and may be considering it, it's passed muster with me. I've made 10 different dinners from various entree sections (meat and pasta) and we have enjoyed each and every one of them (and we're very, very critical).

Last night made Shrimp Scampi. Purchased the required crunchy artisan bread at TJ's and there was just enough left over for me to have seconds tonight!

I'm really glad I added this book to my 250+ cookbook collection. This will rapidly become a staple in my kitchen.
