Food Network Cookbook

Amazon.com has the "Food Network Magazine Great Easy Meals" cookbook for $13.79 and free shipping. It's not the super savings discount where you have to spend a minimum of $25. It's absolutely free. Much less than Q's price of $17.51, $5.97 S&H. This is the second advance order cookbook I ordered through Amazon and wondered if they always have free S&H on advance orders. Any thoughts???
