Food Flex Anyone?

I just spotted an item called the 

K50396 Food Flex Set of 3 Flat Food Storage Containers
 
Apparently they were on the Sunday cooking show with David. They've sold out, though, so they never bothered to post a video.
 
I'm so curious to know what they are for and how they work. Anybody see it who can enlighten me?

I saw it in the preview and got the gist of it - maybe put a cooked chicken leg in it?  (LOL, we had chicken tonight!)  I'm thinking just wrap it Saran Wrap or one of my small containers...
