I would just like to put in my 2 cents. I have both the Old World and the Floral Lace patterns. The Old World was given to me by my Grandmother and then I purchased the Floral Lace for myself. Now I know you always say that they are interchangeable and look great together. I feel that is only true if you like that eclectic look. Old World is just that - old looking. Maybe that is why my Grandmother thought it was so pretty. I prefer the Floral Lace over the Old World anytime. It would be great if you would bring out the whole collection in both patterns. That way you have captured both the younger and older generations.

Now as for quality control - So far none of my collection has cracked or broken under use. I will say that the last TSV arrived and one of the wire baskets was broken. I have also had a hard time getting in touch with Temptations to have this replaced. They really do need to work on their customer service issues and the Holidays is no excuse. For a company that has sold so many units, they should be on the ball when it comes to customer service.

Finally, I prefer to by "Made in America" whenever possible. Temptations should consider moving their manufacturing to the United States and give back to those who have made them wealthy. Who knows, maybe your quality control issues will disappear also.
