Welcome February with an extra day this year.

A new year, a new month, a new start of the day for all of us. Hope all is well with everyone. Just a grilled cheese for dinner last night after a nice lunch out with former HS classmates.

Think I will have ribs for dinner, with a dry rub. See I do cook sometimes too. I have some fresh beets to cook too. I know, not everyone's favorite but we like them. They do taste better fresh, really!
