Was watching Wolfgang Puck and his air fryer/oven today and he always shows a small size flat shaped boneless ham.

Does anyone know where these are sold?

@denisemb  I've never watched him to know what you're referring to, but you might check at Costco.  Their Kirkland Signature Applewood Smoked Master Carve Hams are boneless & kind of flattened & they're really good.

I was curious about the "flat ham", so just watched the presentation on HSN. It really didn't look all that flat to me. It was just a smaller ham - maybe 2 to 3 pounds. Most grocery stores sell smaller hams similar to that, or ask the meat man (butcher) if they have one.

Thanks to both of you.  Unfortunately, I don't have a Costco nearby. And the carvemaster site isn't too helpful on where to buy them.

Did find a company online (Amana Meat Shop & Smokehouse).  Here's a picture of their ham:

Both grocery stores and Walmart carry these type of hams.  I got one recently called Kentucky Legend.  Very lean, not too salty and good taste.

@Imaoldhippie

We usually shop at Publix and have never seen one.

Also checked Walmart online and all the "flat" Kentucky Legends are sliced.

Maybe it's our town?

@denisemb I saw them even in Kroger Grocery stores. I have purchased a little 2 lb. ham for several times. The brand was called heritage. Very delicious. And perfect just for a senior couple.

@denisemb Yes that would be a great ham, and some are even pre-sliced , which is what I try to buy for my husband and I.But occasionally I like the bone-in, flavor is there, but I noticed, but with much more sodium. Which is a toss up, when watching our sodium intake.

Unfortunately, the nearest Kroger is over 100 miles away here in FL.  Since our nearby meat market is called "Quality Discount Meats" and sells chicken feet, we don't have a lot of choices.  Woman LOL
