Re: First Time Making Rolls

[ Edited ]

Hi  @Icegoddess  Woman Happy

I didnt even notice their size!  All I saw was yummy looking, golden brown, puffs of deliciousness!  I'd sink my everyluv'n homemade bread teeth into any one (or more) of them!!

Ref:  Freezing dough in Roll Size balls of dough?  How kewl!  I cant, well, maybe I can,  imagine pulling out a frozen Dough Roll/s, defrosting, maybe kneading, & baking any time I want.  Talk about homemade, near immediate deliciousness, any time I'd want!!

@JoyFilled Warrior I wouldn't think you would need to knead them if already shaped.  I know my sister used to buy rolls in the freezer section that you let defrost and rise.  Seems like she did the whole process overnight.  She always brought those for Thanksgiving/Christmas dinners.
