Finally Tried Peruvian Chicken

Wegman's had Peruvian marinated chicken breasts on sale this week. A complex blend of flavors added to lime juice. 

 

Very good.

 

Looks easy to make at home except for the aji amarillo.

@PickyPicky3  Indeed, Peruvian chicken is delicious!  My daughter works for Wegmans.  They have a Wegmans Peruvian marinade that you can purchase at Wegmans.  It's what they use to make the delicious chicken you bought.   Here is a picture of it.  I buy it all the time and it's about $2.99 for the jar and a little goes a long way.  It's so good! images (1).jpg

I love them! Always have them in my freezer. I don't often do carryout from Red Robin, but  they have something similar, Ensenada Chicken. Very good.
