Fiestaware Blues (Need Advice...)

My Fiestaware Collectors, I need your help! All of the Lead talk about Made in China ceramic bakeware has left me a bit nervous. I'd like to recreate something like K36182 for entertaining and for small dinners for my husband and I. I am mad about turquoise and any shade close to that. I'd like some help assembling an appetizer/small dinner selection of Fiestaware in Turquoise and Peacock to complement my all white China. I know that many of you are quite talented with assembling tablescapes. Maybe we could do a bit of each color so that my new pieces kind of Ombre off the white, larger to smaller pieces? I am so desperately decorator challenged and have no previous experience with Fiestaware. I appreciate any help and suggestions that you can offer regarding a few key Open Stock pieces that I can serve individual casseroles, puddings and brulee and a variety of hors d' ouvres from.
