Plus it’s a recipe website, not a diet.
And no, there’s no such thing as a fat free diet.

Yes, @Kachina624, I think the idea with so-called "fat-free" cooking is not to add extraneous fats to the small amount of natural, good-for-you fats that we already get and need.
Although, I do believe there are some cardiologists who believe in getting fats in the diet down to virtually zero, for very high risk heart patients. They are concerned that even good fats, nuts etc. can be detrimental to these patients, I think.
