Lately I've been addicted to frozen peas. I find myself putting them in all kinds of things. I throw a cupful in my tuna casseroles and chicken/rice casseroles. I cook fresh carrots, sliced in rounds, and then throw in a cup of frozen peas the last few mins. I've been throwing them in my tossed green salads frozen and just let them thaw before serving (after all, everything else in the salad is cold). I hear peas are good for you.

Anyone else out there use frozen peas often and in lots of recipes?
