@Mothertrucker I hope you don't mind if I stick my nose in here but I don't believe CS makes a flip pan but he does have interlocking pans that you can flip.  I splurged on a set of his fry pans and just love them, couldn't recommend them more as they cook great and clean up like a breeze (but they do not have that interlocking feature).
