Epic Fail x2 my Cuisinart Multicooker!:(

I just cannot believe this replacement Multicooker broke again! I loved this appliance . My first one in August 2011 cracked by the temperature control panel. Williams Sonoma took care to ship a replacement ASAP. That was outstanding CS. ........due to my Mom getting sick, I did not use the new one often..maybe 6 times due to being so busy. ....................so tonight, I'm making my pot roast and browning the meat, cracks started to appear! Not again! There is an engineering flaw in this appliance, cracked I the same place on the control panel and won't function properly. I called WS and even though it is after a year, will issue me store credit as I will get the All Clad. Great store to do business with! So if you have your Multicooker, I would just advise NOT to brown meats in it. I think anything over 400 degrees cracks the panel.
