Just saw the prettiest burgundy red 10 qt mixing bowl made by Emile Henry

That is purdy !   EverythingKitchens is having a clearance sale and I'm thinking on the Emile Henry white mixing bowl. Don't need it, but, looks retro. Amazon, has it in RED !

 

Guess you can use hand mixer in those bowls.

beautiful bowl whether white or red. Great for making my breads in, but, I always use a mixer anyway. Guess I could use it for cookies and other stuff like dumpling dough.
