Which air fryer would be better the new tsv by cooks essentials or emerils. I noticed emerils has a 1 year warranty but no recipes or preset buttons like the cooks essentials which only has a 60 day warranty

THe other shopping channel that starts with an E, has air fryers that are larger than 3.5 qt capacity.  You may find 3.5 qts small.

Re: Emerils or Cooks Essentials

There are recipes for Emeril's Air Fryer on the product page. I guess warranty may not make a difference. I read these air fryers only last about 1 year anyways. I ordered the CE TSV. I can't wait to try it out next week. I would not pay $50 more for Emeril's. It's a 3.5 qt for $150 with S&H & the CE is a 3 qt for $105 with S&H. Emerils turn knob control will probably outlast the digital preset buttons.

Yes, that is where I bought mine and I love it!  I bought the CC one and it is digital.  They have small, medium and large sizes (over 5 quart).  I bought the 3.3 - which is perfect size for 1 or 2.

Re: Emerils or Cooks Essentials

I think the 60 day warranty is a huge, red flag.  If your goal is to get the most inexpensive one, then the warranty probably wouldn't be an issue for you.

I heard that T-Fal makes Emeril's appliances.  I'm not sure if that's true, but someone on these boards said that it's a fact.  IMO, T-Fal appliances are very good.  I've never had one fail, and I've had some for years.

Personally, I was all set to buy the CE air fryer until I saw the warranty.  I think I will wait until I get a 20% off coupon from HSN and buy the Phillips which is much more expensive, but is supposed to be top-of-the-line.

Good luck to everyone that buys the CE, though.  I hope my instincts are wrong and that yours works for years to come.

I have one from that channel and mine has a one year warranty (I didn't even realize it until I went and looked it up) and I love mine.  Great purchase!

I have the Philips. You can get accessories for it which may or may not fit another air fryer. Also Bed Bath and Beyond sells Philips and you can easily get their 20 % off coupon.

Re: Emerils or Cooks Essentials

To be frank, I would not use either brand. I think T-Fal is more reputable.
