So nice to see Emeril doing a kitchen show. I know he's presenting his own products, but I always learn a lot from him whenever he's on. Went to the opening of his first restaurant in New Orleans some years ago with friends from Memphis. He was the most charming of hosts. So glad he's on QVC lately. Hope it continues!

I enjoy watching him too. Do you notice.......he doesn't just talk about the food spread out on display in his pots and pans, etc., , he is also cooking the whole time. He talks and comes across to you as a simple type person that loves food, cooking, and all that, and he explains things simply and easily , and you just want to eat everything he is cooking!! I, for one, missed him terribly when he left the Food Network. I keep hoping he'll come back some day.

I would love to tell you, but I have no idea what it is - maybe Pacific. I just know that we have DirecTV, and I get QVC on a number of channels. QVCP comes on Channel 315 - the regular channel is 275. Channels 76 and 79 also say QVCP. QCHD is on Channel 70. I drift from one to another when I want to watch and there's nothing on the regular channel I like. Lots of choices, though on some of the channels, things are sold out almost before they begin.

I'd love to know how others get the foreign channels. I can't find them. I hope someone else can answer your question. Sorry I can't.

He LOVES food and people! We would see him back I guess in the 1980s when he was at Commander's Palace and had never been on tv. He would go around, talk to people and ask how you liked the food, and you could tell he was very genuine about it.
