I have my new rule if a small appliance comes in then one gets given away. Hard decision to do but I am doing it. Although I don't use my Pressure Cooker or Ninja 4-in1 every day I wouldn't part with them. I love the Perfect Cooker and need just one more small appliance to complete "my set." Ha!  I will give my Skinny Mini to my granddaughter when I buy an Air Fryer. That's the only thing I could part with. I have used the Skinny Mini a lot but seem to use the Perfect Cooker more. I don't have to watch it as much for boil overs. I like this retirement stage as I finally get time to USE what I buy. I have time to shop and make some good food choices also.

Love all of you. You are the best. I always get good info and some humor along the way. Thanks. I will post if I break down and buy one. Smiley Happy

I ordered mine earlier today, but decided to cancel it a few minutes ago.  Now I have Meredith's air fryer book coming.  Will see perhaps I'll get one at some point in the future.

Since it would be in the pantry, I don't know how often I would actually use it - it's just me and the cat.

One of the things I have been wondering about these air fryers is how do you clean the inside top.

In my galley kitchen, I have a microwave above the stove.  On the underside of the microwave I have these grill type things.  So, no matter what I cook, steam is rising and every so often I have to pop these grill things out and clean them.  Even if you don't cook with a lot of oil, there are still vapors rising from chicken, burgers, etc.

So, how does that part get cleaned?

I slipped and my finger ordered the blue one. Smiley Happy  My husband even said to buy it. The worst that can happen is I lose the return shipping if I returned it. Since Paula Deen's

AF isn't in stock I will try this. If I like it I will use it often. My daughter and granddaughter probably would get it before it ever got returned. It looks like easy clean up and I have small nonstick pans that would fit in this for everything I wanted to make. I will post a review and on here when I receive it and use it. The blue will look good next to my blue Perfect Cooker.

@CLEM I looked all through the manual and didn't see if you take the top apart to clean it.

Well I just boxed up my CE air fryer to send back today. The basket started peeling the non stick away and I was afraid that would get on my food. Customer service said send it bsck and it is no longer available so I will get a credit. I used it probably 4 days a week maybe more and really liked it. So I bought the emerils TSV which is not digital but I like the extra pans and price. I believe by putting it in the dishwasher compromised the non stick. It was very hard to clean those round holes when food sticks in them ... My only other complaint. Let's hope this one works out. I got the black.

I'm just not, 'getting it' on these air fryers. I think I would rather have a convection toaster oven. Maybe if I could see one for a hands on demo. I hope everyone enjoys their's, though! Smiley Very Happy
