Emeril Pie & Cake Maker on back order??

I just ordered the Emeril pie & cake maker from HSN and then when i completed the order, it says it's on back order & wont be delivered until September 28th? they made no mention of this on the air. I could have ordered it from Amazon.com and gotten it this week. It sales for the same price on Sears.com & amazon sold from Kitchen Kapers. I basically went with HSN due to the flex pay. So i guess i will cancel the order & order it from Amazon, at least they don't advertise stuff they know they don't have.

And if you want one even cheaper Bella Cucina has the Red Pie Maker and it look's just like the one sold by Emeril. It sales for $27.97 at Kitchen Collection & $39.99 at Dillards.
