@Patriot3

That pie recipe does indeed fit into a premade graham cracker crust.

It will be very simple:

Ham

Baked Beans

Scalloped Potatoes

Salad (of some kind)

Woolworth Dessert (lemon mixture on a graham cracker crust)

Dinner Rolls

@ECBG  This sounds delicious and like it would make a big pie.  Would it fit in a store bought g. cracker crust?  I want to make it, but not bother to make my own crust.  Thanks!

@Patriot3

The Millionare pie does fit into the premade graham cracker crust.

The spinach quiche has no crust.

We will have our traditional Easter dinner.

Ham with a mustard, pineapple sauce. Mashed potatoes, green beans with Cipollini onions in browned butter and homemade rolls. Desert will be a peach raspberry pie.

It's just me and my hubby this year, so instead of ham I'm thinking of duing a pasta with asparagas and salad.

Still up in the air but it's between a quiche or oven roasted salmon with lemon cream sauce.  asparagus and a green salad.  Something chocolaty and something other for dessert.

Think I will try a recipe using the Faroe Island salmon I have, that is like a beef wellington--only with the fish. The ingredients are a little lighter but still wrapped in puff pastry. Then a salad and fresh strawberries and asparagus. Maybe a savory bread pudding for breakfast--just me and DD so not a crazy amount of stuff.
