I made chicken salad yesterday in my ninja. I tore the cooked chicken with my fingers. Added half of it to the Ninja, put mayo and sweet pickle relish on the chicken, then put in the remainder of the chicken and pulsed it until desired consistancy.

Not chopped, but I'd seen a Pinterest suggestion for shredding chicken or pork using a Kitchen Aid mixer and the flat paddle blade. Works like a charm!

Just thought I'd share. {#emotions_dlg.biggrin}
