EXCELLENT Customer Service from the Cooks Essentials Manufacturer

My 5 qt oval pressure cooker died after 7 months of use. I called QVC who directed me to the manufacturer. I must say that I have never received such excellent customer service & because of this will recommend Cooks Essentials to all & I will always be a loyal customer. Please keep up the great work!
