Dry Cranberry nut bread

I left my cranberry exactly 40 minutes just like the recipe said, it is too dry.

This is a box mix, and it said 40-50 minutes.....now it really is too dry even at 40 minutes.

I have wrapped it in foil, is there something I can do to help it be moist?
