Does anyone know the recipe for the dough Laura made yesterday in the tsv processor?

Try this: Go to Pinterest and search for The Kitchen Aid Lady on Q. Then click on Food Processor , there is a recipe for a 10 Minute Pizza Crust.
I caught the tail end of the demo, maybe this is the recipe. ![]()

I went back to K-41122 the TSV for yesterday and watched the video posted. She said it was a Bread dough made of flour, yeast bloomed in water, and cold water. It seems as the FP runs it warms up the dough. It made a one pound loaf. She said it was a refrigerator dough that could be used during the week to make rolls and even pizza dough.
Maybe if we look back on her Pinterest site it will be there. On other visits she has made up a refrigerator dough and made dinner rolls with it. That recipe is on her Pinterest site. Scroll down until you find Bread. Click on it, find the recipe Mom's Refrigerator Rolls, and click on the picture, when it comes up, click on the picture again to get the recipe.
Hope this helps!!!

10 Minute Pizza Dough
Ingredients:
3-1/2 to 4 cups all-purpose flour
1 envelope Fleischmann's® Pizza Crust Yeast
1 tablespoon sugar
1-1/2 teaspoons salt
1-1/3 cups very warm water (120 to 130°F)
1/3 cup olive oil
Additional flour for rolling
Instructions:
1.Start charcoal fire or preheat gas grill to medium-high heat.
2.Combine 2 cups flour, yeast, sugar and salt in a large bowl.
3.Add very warm water and oil; mix until well blended. Approximately 1 minute.
4.Gradually add enough remaining flour to make a soft dough. Dough should form a ball and will be slightly sticky.
Kalady says- Make this whole recipe in 13 c.FP but consider processing in half recipes in 9c FP. 9 cup FP cup handles 2-3 cups flour best
5.Knead on a lightly floured surface, adding additional flour if necessary, until smooth and elastic. Approximately 5 minutes.
6.Divide dough into 6-8 portions.
7.Pat or roll dough on a well-floured surface until they reach the size and thickness you desire.
For the Oven
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Prepare pizza as directed and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Hope this helps. I'm not sure I know when pizza dough is 'right' by adding flour. Good Luck!
