This sounded like a dream come true, but I hear these particular pots and pans and say"What A Nighmare" . No Thank-You, tired of purchase mistakes.

Seems logical that a square pan won't cook really well on a round electric or gas burner or an induction cooker with round heating element (which they all have).

Sharke, where did you get that idea? You are wrong. Copper Chef pots and pans are for gas, electric OR induction. That said, I still wouldn't buy any of the stuff, but they are intended for use on multiple cooking surfaces.
